The kitchen will also be updated and remodeled. The cabinets will be replaced. And the table torn out. The carpet will definetly go! We haven't yet decided what the flooring will be. It depends on any deals we find. Everything will also be painted. The wallpaper border is another thing you gotta love.

so what happend to the lot you bought in the subdivision?
When we moved out of our old house into the townhouse. We realized how much we really liked the area we were in. That and the subdivision grew to three phases with 80+ lots. I don't want that many neighbors. I also want room for the kids to play. -Amy
I knew I wouldn't be the only one who liked the table-chair set. Very hip.
