Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will have materialized?
Ask Jake how many times he has been to our fridge tonight. He is guilty in many ways. Although I haven't been grocery shopping since Betsy was here during Christmas (except for the basics....milk, bread, eggs, cheese, and soaps) so this is so true in our case. I think it's time to go to the store....

I forgot to put in there that he was even so desparate that he tried Hazel's dairy free ice cream drowned in A LOT of chocolate. After a couple bites he couldn't gag it down anymore.
Nate tried a bite of Hazel's soy ice cream the other night too. He only had one bite. But Hazel doesn't know the difference and she doesn't feel left out of ice cream night.
Nasty stuff. I wasn't even trying the ice cream. There were some banana chunks that Hazel wanted, but didn't eat. I just had a piece of banana with a little of the strawberry-flavored fat free soy product (or whatever it is) on it.
I shudder just thinking about it. . .
Ice cream is all texture.
