Snow Cold Day!?
This morning when we woke up (at 7:30 a.m.) it was -18 degrees! Too cold for me. They said that with the wind chill it was -34 degrees. These kind of temperatures I have heard of in Canada and Alaska....or even Russia but here? Needless to say they canceled school and called it a cold day. Now it's an inside day for us.....time to go plan some activities.

I knew there was a reason we moved to South Texas! Hope y'all can stay warm.
It was in the 90s today, and tomorrow i'm going to treasure beach in southwestern jamaica to stay for the weekend. Just thought i'd throw that out there.
All that cold air that you have is on its way here. We're supposed to have ice storms and such by Sunday. They'll cancel school if its too icey. Of course they don't know what to do in the rain let alone the ice and snow...

We have been having weather in the 40's/ I guess you got our cold weather. Last January it was -25 degress celius. We are enjoying it while we can.
it was 46 degrees here at 6 PM - WAY TOO COLD (for me) plus the wind is just screaming - which makes it worse (I guess that's what they mean by wind chill factor, eh?) I have had the heat on all day - I don't think I've ever done that before.
But -18 is just ridiculous.
Hope you had fun - we played playmobil and watched brady bunch.
