And obviously more important, my kids' health.
I'm very thankful for my body! And for my health that allows me to exercise and be athletic. I'm also thankful my kids like to exercise and set goals. I know I have taken for granted many times how sports come natural (as I struggle in other areas) but its one thing that I have definitely loved. Yay for Insanity, volleyball, running, and so much more.

I just picked up Insanity: Asylum Volume 2. We have done 3 of the workouts so far, and they have pretty much been some of the hardest workout videos ever.
I'm expecting to do some while we are there! You can't tease me like that and not share. : )
